Case Study 2
Giffard Park
Kitchen

Cole Builders were recently commissioned to install a completely new kitchen in Giffard Park, Milton Keynes. The existing kitchen was starting to look tired, whilst the position of the boiler was inconvenient. The customers specified a new hand-painted kitchen, installed with Corian work tops and a custom built pantry. The boiler was moved and solid wood flooring installed throughout the kitchen and hallway. New internal doors and freshly painted walls and celing completed the job.

Late last year we decided to update our kitchen. We obtained one quote from a local company, and although pleased with their design, on the recommendation of a friend we asked Cole's Builders to also provide us with a quote. After talking to Ben Cole and his father Dave and looking at their design, we decided to accept their quote as they suggested some changes to the kitchen layout including laying a wooden floor, and moving the gas boiler to a different wall in the kitchen that really appealed to us.
As we were going on holiday towards the end of September, we anticipated the work would start on our return in October. However, Ben suggested that we let them start whilst we were away on holiday as there would be quite a lot of dust and upheaval. We agreed to this. On our return, we were really surprised to see all the kitchen cupboards erected, fridge/freezer in place, the boiler moved and work well advanced on the new wood floor. New doors and skirting boards were fitted soon after, and the kitchen was finally decorated. Ben kept us updated throughout the project. We are extremely satisfied with the work Cole's have undertaken". Mr S.
